✅Role Description:
? Manage full-cycle recruitment: This includes, but is not limited to; research, sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, qualifying, referencing, offer negotiation, and placement management.
? Build strong internal relationships: Partner with People Managers and Hiring Managers to recommend, develop and implement recruitment strategies and programs. Build and present reporting analytics for difficult searches.
✅Key Qualifications:
? 1-3 years of recruiting experience (technology recruitment a plus)
? Ability to screen resumes to identify prospective candidates
? Research/sourcing skills with the ability to search for hard-to-fill requisitions
? Candidate engagement approach with the ability to activate passive candidates through outreach
? Ability to screen profiles for both technical and cultural qualities
? Industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, and conferences
? Interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with recruiters and hiring managers
? Experience using talent and market insights and data to influence executive-level audiences
? Outstanding teamwork and multitasking skills
